Left Yanchep on a drizzly Sunday morning to head for Hyden and Wave Rock and also meet up with Brian & Pam again. Had lunch at the Heritage township of York, very pretty and there must have been over 100 bikies that had passed us on the way, all parked in the main street. Arrived at Gorge Rock which is a free camp (156) 1/2 way between Corrigin and Kondinin. Fabulous little spot where we had a fire and had the spot to ourselves. There is actually a small swimming area at the top of the rock and the views from the top were spectacular. really nice to find little spots like this along the way. Tomorrow heading for Hyden and meeting Brian & Pam at the caravan park near Wave Rock.
